Cute hats for chemo patients
What do we really mean by the word ‘cute’? Our take would be – any hat that lifts your day! In reality a hair loss style that’s perhaps a little unusual, that’s less about practical patient wear and more about just a great looking hat. A hat that is versatile and goes with your wardrobe away from a hospital setting. However you define it’s a hat that compliments you and has a young/active design aspect to it.
Bobbi is made in soft lightweight viscose fabric with no hard plastic peak inserts to draw your forehead. It feels like a cool t-shirt on your head! It has a soft crushable brim, a ruffled fabric drape around the hat to disguise head shape and no cut out at the nape of the neck. The two button trim just above the peak completes the detail at the front of the cap, making it a savvy cap style for women’s hair loss.
Now available in 3 wearable colours – Taupe a lovely neutral shade, Claret Rose for a little winter colour and Denim Blue. (Please note there is a button trim change on the taupe to a small bronze coloured metal button.) This style is elasticated at the nape of the neck and cut deeper to provide complete confident coverage. The style can be machined washed but we recommend hand washing to ensure the peak retains its shape.
We manufacture many of our styles in our studio in Westcott, this means we can make them in S, M, and L sizes. The ‘High St.’ manufactures to a regular head fitting (56cms), so if you are experiencing problems getting hats to fit or hats to stay on, we can make for you. (Small and large sizes are kept as stock items in many of our styles.) We request that you enter your head measurement when ordering and we will ‘size’ the order before dispatching it to you. Our hats are hand made and hand finished, so there is always some slight variation between milliners!
Washable by hand at 30C. No need to press, just shake and leave to dry. Viscose content be aware of naked flames.
