If you are thinking of using our service it is essential that you measure your head carefully with a tape measure. This should avoid any disappointment and hopefully the need for returns. Your order will specify your exact style requirements and give us the rest of the information we need to know. We’ll confirm with you receipt of the order and immediately pass it on to the workroom. We aim to dispatch orders received within 5-10 working days, and in the majority of cases sooner.
