Chemo hats
This draped chemo hat has some smart details – the colour ‘cut in’ at the front disguises defined head shape and the soft fabric folds add volume all the way around your head. The two tone flower set off to one side makes this style an easy one to wear well. We’ve cut generously so when stretched over your head the draping doesn’t flatten and soft volume is retained around the face.
It isn’t overly fussy so it doesn’t dominate what you wear it with and the jersey fabric makes it a casual enough to wear everyday. This has proved to be a a popular ‘first’ style to try out on the site – it has some ‘oomph’ to it, so you can feel ‘together’ even when you might be feeling a little weary. The mauve/mushroom colour combination is slightly unusual but works beautifully together.
We manufacture many of our styles in our studio in Westcott, this means we can make them in S, M, and L sizes. The ‘High St.’ manufactures to a regular head fitting (56cms), so if you are experiencing problems getting hats to fit or hats to stay on, we can make for you. (Small and large sizes are kept as stock items in many of our styles.) We request that you enter your head measurement when ordering and we will ‘size’ the order before dispatching it to you. Our hats are hand made and hand finished, so there is always some slight variation between milliners!
Washable by hand or by machine at 30C. No need to press, just shake and leave to dry. Viscose content be aware of naked flames.
