Classic cancer turbans style
If you’ve got a special occasion coming up, are currently ‘featherless’ and feel the need to be adorned, exotic and utterly sophisticated (!) – Marcelle might be the style for you. This is a classic turban design, which picks up on the retro 50’s fashion trend of evening wear turbans. They are super glam! Marcelle makes quite a confident fashion statement! How will you wear yours?
The Marcelle turban pulls on and is worn slightly off to one side, (it is pre-draped and stitched in place). Made from soft viscose jersey and is washable at 30C, just remember to take any adornments off before placing in the machine!
We manufacture many of our styles in our studio in Westcott, this means we can make them in S, M, and L sizes. The ‘High St.’ manufactures to a regular head fitting (56cms), so if you are experiencing problems getting hats to fit or hats to stay on, we can make for you. (Small and large sizes are kept as stock items in many of our styles.) We request that you enter your head measurement when ordering and we will ‘size’ the order before dispatching it to you. Our hats are hand made and hand finished, so there is always some slight variation between milliners!
Washable by hand or by machine at 30C. No need to press, just shake and leave to dry. Viscose content be aware of naked flames.
