Reassuringly stylish chemo hats and hats for hair loss
Designed and made in the UK
Chemo hats or chemo turban?
If chemo hats are not ‘you’, because they look too ‘neat’ on your head. You may well prefer the volume and shape of chemo headscarves. Take a look at our super stylish range that present a confident fashion look with no hint of ‘patient wear’, they simply look chic and come in a range of contemporary colours.
If you’re worried that turban tying looks a bit fiddly – it isn’t! With our super easy tying guide you’ll be a fashion turbanista in no time at all!
Our hats for hair loss are a little unusual too – caps you can wear all day and casual styles that easily fit in with your busy lifestyle.
Types of chemo headscarves by volume
At Suburban Turban we do things a little differently – we understand that you might be drawn to a scarf for its print, glorious colour, and size. BUT don’t forget the fabric itself!
You can wrap your scarf in exactly the same way using a viscose scarf, a silk scarf, or a cotton scarf, and it will give you a different head wrap shape. So, we group our scarves by fabric type so that you can see just what sort of volume you can achieve with your headwear.
Genius! But why is that so important? Well, volume around our faces is flattering to wear, it softens the profile and we can place a scarf where we need more height, or width around our face shape.
Sizing for cancer hats
Our handmade cancer hats for cancer patients are available in S, M and L sizes so they are chic and comfy!
If you have ever had problems finding a hat to fit, we can help. We design our hats for chemo hair loss with extra fabric and cut deeper to look their best worn low on the neck. Our sized stretch return on our jersey hats means a snug fit, but not a tight fit.
Hats for cancer patients
All our chemo hats and chemo turbans are specifically designed for hair loss. The fabrics and shapes are all taken into account.
Our headwear is so much more than a practical covering. ‘How will the wearer feel wearing it?’ We know we can make comfortable headwear, but if the wearer feels good in it, suddenly the hat creates confidence.

I absolutely love my Genevieve! It makes you look stylish and normal and not a chemo patient! It is also very well soft and comfortable to wear. Nicky is very lovely and helpful. I would recommend Suburban Turban to any lady who wants to feel confident about how she looks in public.
