Urban turban – how do you wear yours?

Winter needs stylish and warm urban turbans! They provide a soft, cosy head ‘hug’ that will see you through the colder weather into Spring. Easy relaxed ‘wear anywhere’ headwear to suit your specific hair loss needs.

Have you noticed it’s suddenly started to get a bit nippy in the mornings? This is a sure sign that Autumn is well and truly here. Autumn is my favourite season of the year, but sadly it is all too short.

Our new Autumn/Winter hat collection has arrived. We hope you’ll find them pretty to wear and super practical. Great everyday styles like Gwen and Meena instantly lend a little ‘va va voom’ to you and your outfit on a cold, grey day.

Beautifully soft and super cosy to wear in lovely wintry colours. (Remember, if you set your hat at a slight angle, it is far more flattering to the face than if you pull it square down on your head.)

An urban turban for inside or out

If you’re worried about overheating once you come in from the cold, consider layering headwear items. Take a look at our knitted headbands. They are great at keeping your ears warm without completely overheating.

Apart from the practical considerations, they look instantly pretty and feminine, adding soft volume around the face. They’re also a great way to change and coordinate your headwear with various items from your wardrobe.

showerproof urban turban for women's hair loss in black vinyl

Our latest showerproof cap has arrived. Reah took some tracking down, but we reckon this has got to be the ultimate in looking good come lashing rain, wind, or high water!

It features a faux leather-look vinyl in black with an elasticated Baker Boy cap style cut nice and low. The good size soft peak frames the face nicely, and crushes easily into your bag once you’re back under cover.

When you’re not stepping out across the windswept wastelands of your local park or rugby pitch, (or come to think of it, supermarket car park!), you might want some beautifully soft, flattering female hair loss headwear to carry on doing what you’ve always done.

Inga and Rose are very versatile, easy shapes to wear. They can be dressed up or down. Inga is available in two colors, with more on the way soon, as we’re confident you are going to love the feel of this hat, and the compliments will come flooding in. (Rose is a limited addition, so if you like it, snap it up fast!)

More winter styles will be released as we roll into the festive social season, so keep an eye on the website. Miranda is the first of our new dressy styles to appear. Nothing like a little sparkle to lift the spirits!

(You can always email us if you have a burning desire to find a certain item or make a request and let us know how we can improve the current range.)

Two of our clients go straight to the top of the class with their marvelous suggestions for Bea – the ‘Ascot’ version (added midway through the summer range) and some recent fabulous suggestions for useful updates to the Pella sleep hat style.

If you want to find out more about how much heat we lose through our heads, or how we thermoregulate through our heads – read on here. Both are really useful, but pretty styles for female hair loss.
