100% cashmere beanie – super cosy
We’ve searched for some time for a 100% cashmere beanie in a light enough knit, that looks good ‘indoors’ as well. It’s not a cheap item but if you’re wanting a little lux to spoil yourself, or your looking to gift a little lux this is a beautiful hat.
Why is the knit weight so important? Practically you don’t want to overheat when inside with the heating, but cashmere is pretty good at adapting to body temperature and its highly breathable. But we’ve also considered how it ‘looks’, its less bulky than a woolly hat that would look out of place indoors.
There is no need to wear it over another hat but a good underneath option would be Kimmy hat in Taupe Another option that keeps you ‘covered’, on the move, throughout your day. It is available in 3 other colour options, see cashmere beanie colours here.
This is a beautiful quality hat for winter and one you’ll want to keep. Wash it gently with the right soap and it should hold its shape well.
We manufacture many of our styles in our studio in Westcott, this means we can make them in S, M, and L sizes. The ‘High St.’ manufactures to a regular head fitting (56cms), so if you are experiencing problems getting hats to fit or hats to stay on, we can make for you. (Small and large sizes are kept as stock items in many of our styles.) We request that you enter your head measurement when ordering and we will ‘size’ the order before dispatching it to you. Our hats are hand made and hand finished, so there is always some slight variation between milliners!
